Become an Apple Angel

Our Apple Angels are our valued team of flexible staff who provide support across our nurseries whenever they're available. It's the perfect option if you're looking for work that fits around family life, studies, another job, or simply gives you the freedom to choose when you work.

As an Apple Angel, you decide how much or how little you want to work. Whether it's one day a week, a few days each month, or extra shifts during school holidays, we'll work with your availability.

Here's an example:

Ally is a qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator who works as a Teaching Assistant in a local primary school's Reception class. During term time, she works there Monday to Thursday, leaving Fridays free. As one of our Apple Angels, Ally spends her Fridays supporting our teams at Oxlease Nursery and, occasionally, Lemsford Nursery.

She also chooses to work for three weeks during the six-week summer holiday, giving her some extra income to help fund her annual trip to Italy.
