Jade is a wonderful yogi, her classes are fun and engaging. Her dedicated clasees for the unders 5's combine yoga with story telling. The children are taken on a journey through the forest, where they become the animals.
During the journey the children meet different animals such as "the cobra" and they perform the Cobra yoga pose.
Classes last approximately 30 minutes and over the course of the year, become competent yogis.
